This test is a lab-based urine drug screen that detects Marijuana, Cocaine, PCP, Amphetamines, Opiates, and Oxycodone which is collected at a Patient Service Center or medical facility. We are unable to refund on processed lab services and other rendered services. A lab service order may only be cancelled before the collection of sample and the 7 day registration form expiration date. A $20 fee may apply.

A non-DOT 6-panel test may fit a pre-employment or workplace program when its substances match the employer's written policy and applicable law. It is not a substitute for a federally regulated DOT test.
